Here's what you need!
MATERIALS
Blue Butterfly Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
or our Blue Butterfly teabag
Corn Syrup/Honey
Lemonade
Spoon
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Follow the packaging instructions and steep the butterfly pea flower tea.
2. Cool down if desired.
3. To change the colour of your tea add lemonade.
4. To create a layered drink fill a glass up with ice and fill it halfway with your tea.
5. Use the backside of a spoon and place it above the ice. Slowly pour the lemonade onto the spoon while raising the spoon as your drink fills.
6. If desired garnish your layered drink with a flower.
7. Activate the colour change by mixing the drink.
