Ingredients / Bahan-bahan :


Bunga Kantan Torch ginger is the best | My Blue Tea
Nasi Kecombrang / Torch Ginger Fried rice

• 1 1/2 cup rice cooker beras / 1.5 cups rice

• Secukupnya air / Water accordingly

• 1 btg sereh, memarkan / 1 lemongrass (bruised and julienne)

• 1 sdt bubuk daun jeruk / 1 tspn @my.blue.tea Kaffir Lime Leaf Powder

• 2 Ibr daun salam / 2 bay leaves

• 3 siung bawang merah, potong2 / 3 shallots sliced

• 2 siung bawang putih, potong2 / 2 garlic chopped

• 2 cabe merah kering, potong2 / 2 chllis chopped

• 1 1/2 sdt kaldu jamur / 1 ½ spoon mushroom broth

• 2 sdm teri nasi goreng / 2 tspn Terri Fried Rice Powder

Nasi Goreng Bunga Kecombrang / Torch Ginger flower

Method / Cara Memasak :-

(1) Soak the dried kecombrang flowers/Torch Ginger in water until they bloom or rehydrate

(2) Wash the rice and add water accordingly

(3) Saute onion, garlic and kecombrang flowers/Torch Ginger until fragrant. Put it in the rice cooker.

(4) Put the other ingredients into the rice cooker and cook.

(5) Garnish and serve
