Baked Rendang Macaroni
Ingredients
*300g Macaroni
*70ml Cooking oil
*300g Beef/ chicken (minced)
*1 no Onion (coarsely chopped)
*2 stalk Celery (cut small slices) Ingredients A
*3 nos Green chili (cut small pieces)
*2 nos Tomato (coarsely chopped)
*80g Tomato puree
*5g Salt
*10g Sugar Ingredients B
*5g Pepper
*5nos Egg
*½ can Evaporated milk
*4 nos Cheddar cheese (cut into pieces)
*1 no Tomato (sliced to garnish)

Cooking Method
1 Boil macaroni until cooked and rinse with cold water. Strain dry and keep aside.
2 Add cooking oil and put ingredients (A). Stir well; add Rendang Base and
ingredients (B). Set aside to cool.
3 Pour over the above mixture and stir well. Add in macaroni.
4 Prepare casserole; beat eggs with evaporated milk and pour in the mixture. Level
it and cover with cheese. Garnish with tomato slices.
5 Bake in preheated oven at 180oC for 20 minutes or until cooked. Ready to serve.
