YUMMY RAW ENERGY BALLS


Here's a great recipe for Energy Balls or some refer to them as Bliss Balls or Protein Balls.


Energy Balls are a perfect "Grab N Go" quick snack for that morning or afternoon need of energy boost. What a nice replacement from that caffeinated coffee or Coca-Cola.


These Energy Balls are loaded with nutrients to keep you focused and going strong no matter what life throws at you. Plus, they are so easy to make. Just throw your favorite healthy energy balls ingredients like dried fruit, nuts, and seeds into a high-speed food processor, blend, form into a ball, and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS FOR ENERGY BALLS


1 cup of nuts

4 dried figs

1/2 peanut butter or cashews whatever you like it

1/4 cup of coconut flour

1 tbsp cacao nibs

1/2 cup of butter

4 tbsp of rice syrup or honey

1/2 cup of cacao powder

1/3 cup of linseed seeds


SUBSTITUTES AND ADDITIONS


Try using My Blue Tea Powders


METHOD


Blend nuts and fig till crumbly and feels like a cookie dough.

Place into a bowl then add the remaining ingredients.

Make sure is not to crumbled, if it is you may need to add sometimes a little bit of butter.

If it feels too wet then add a little bit more coconut flour.

Leave to sit for about 10 min.

Roll the balls the size you like, you can use cacao or linseed seeds just use your creativity 🙂
