How to make Butterfly Pea Apple Tea?

Here's a recipe that you might like to make using our Butterfly Pea flower tea :-
BLUE MOON APPLE TEA
(Makes 1 - 2 cups)
INGREDIENTS :
* 1/2 teaspoon Blue Butterfly Pea flowers * 1/2 cup water * 1/4 cup fresh apple juice * 1 teaspoon lemon juice * 3 drops clear liquid Stevia extract

METHOD:
* Bring water to a boil, switch off and steep flowers for about 15 minutes with lid on.
* Strain and let cool.
* Stir in apple and lemon juice and stevia.
* For a party effect you can also add blue tea ice cubes.
