Look how gorgeous is this Purple Sweet Potato Chia pudding. This is such an easy recipe. Jump straight to recipe.
Ingredients:-
*20 grams Intense Purple Sweet Potato Powder
*1/4 cup chia seeds
*1 1/2 cups soy milk
*1/4 cup sago
*Maple syrup (optional)
*Additional soy milk or Dehydrated Coconut Milk Powder (DCM)
*Portable Handheld blender (check out our new cool portable blenders)
Method:
To Prepare the Sago
(1) In a small saucepan add water and let it boil. Once it is boiling add in the sago and let it cook for a couple of minutes. Once cooked close the lid and set aside for 30 mins until you no longer can see the "white spots"in the middle of the white pearl.
(2) Drain them and place them straight in iced cold water. Gently separate them with your fingers and set them aside until ready to use. You can do this step much earlier and keep the sago in the fridge.
To make Chia Pudding :
(1) Whizz away Purple Sweet Potato Powder with the soy milk (add water if required depending on the consistency you want). You can whizz this in our portable blender.
(2) In a mason jar, place chia seeds and the blended Purple sweet potato combine and stir well. Add maple syrup if required.
(3) A couple of hours later, add sago and extra soy milk to adjust the consistency to your liking. Chill and enjoy.
Note:
All latte powders contains sweetness & milk so you will need to adjust sweetness accordingly
