We read the news that demand for Vegan food products soar under COVID lockdown. The ongoing trend reflects people paying closer attention to their diet during lockdown, increasingly adopting “flexitarian” diets – cutting down on meat and dairy while eating more plant-based foods.

Here's our recipe for Blueberry Roselle Bounty - no cooking required

Imagine layers and layers of pure raw, vegan, colourful goodness!! Try them out, take photos or videos, and let us know how you go. Send them to

Blueberry Pandan & Roselle Bounty - Ingredients

* 3 Tbs coconut milk

* 2 Tbs maple syrup

* 3 Tbs coconut oil

* 2 tsp Roselle powder

* 2 tsp Pandan powder

* 1/2 cup blueberries

* 1 1/2 cup shredded coconut


(1) Process all ingredients until combined and sticking together - alternately.

(2) Press into mold or form shape.

(3) Freeze until firm and coat or drizzle with chocolate!

Chocolate dip

* 1/2 cup cacao powder

* 1/2 cup coconut oil

* 1/4 cup maple syrup

* Whisk all ingredients together until smooth.
